Our apprenticeship applications are currently closed to learners, but we’re always open to hearing from organisations who are interested in working with us.

How it works

It’s very simple. Once you’ve identified where an apprenticeship can add value, we work with you from onboarding, through delivery, to end point assessment. 

During that time they spend 80% of their time working and learning within your organisation, and 20% fast tracking their development with our specialist tutors.

Other key facts:

  • Employers (you) pay the salary
  • Training provider costs (us) are 95% subsidised by Government for SMEs; large businesses use their levy
  • Apprenticeship employment period is usually between 12 – 18 months for our current programmes
  • Wrap around & pastoral support is provided by our expert team, ensuring you get the most from day 1

What is a Skills Bootcamp?

A Skills Bootcamp is a government funded employability training offer. Subjects are varied but respond to skills gaps identified from working with employers. A Skills Bootcamp is a minimum 60hr course and open to residents of the UK who are over 19 years old and have the right to work in the UK.

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is just like a normal job but apprentices spend 20% of their contracted hours training to equip them for their role and future career.

Is it really free?

Apprenticeships are free to the learner, the employer may contribute a small amount to the training.
Skills Bootcamps are also free to the learner – if the learner works full time then their employer contributes 10% of the training if they are a small organisation and 30% if they are a large organisation.

Do you teach in person/online/hybrid?

We mostly teach in person, though some meetings and sessions are held online.
