Introduction
MUTI is committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is treated fairly,
with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment or bullying of any kind will not be
tolerated.
This policy is not just about meeting our legal duties under the Equality Act 2010. We
believe equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are core to our values and to everything we
do.
It applies to all members of our community — staff, learners, employers, partners, visitors
and stakeholders.
