MUTI is the magic behind the events industry

Our name translates as something ‘magical’ or a medicine that is ‘miraculous’. That’s the effect we know our specialist training can have. It inspires the people who gain skills with us, fires up the companies we work with – and ultimately, transforms the industry, keeping it alive and kicking for future generations.

The team behind MUTI reflect the heart and soul of the events industry. We’re all passionate believers and champions of the power of live events and what they bring to people and communities. And we all know exactly what training and skills are needed – because we’ve been there, done that and bought the t-shirt.

What we do

We design and develop a wide range of training and skills programmes for people working in the live arts and events industry. They’re put together and taught by professionals who are still doing their day job. So they know what’s happening on the ground – and what skills are really needed to support the sectors we know and love. From Skills Bootcamps to management training to apprenticeships, we do it all.
