  • An apprenticeship is a set period of training for a specific job role in a specific industry. You do most of your training "on the job" with a professional company, and partly "off the job" with us. Unlike university there are no fees or debt and you earn a wage whilst on your training programme.

  • Yes. Our apprenticeship programmes are designed and delivered by experts with many years of experience working at the forefront of their industries. We will also place you within cutting edge companies for your "on the job training" This means you will finish your time with us better trained than most people arriving from other pathways.

  • You will need to pay at least the relevant minimum wage to your apprentice for the time they are placed with you. If you are a levy paying organisation then there are no further costs. If you are not then there is a small contribution (5%) to the cost of the training, although this can often be covered by a levy-transfer from a larger organisation (we can help you with this).
