You’ll leave with strategies for setting your rates and negotiating contracts; tools to manage and streamline your financial management; and a clear grasp of balance sheets, taxes, and other (currently) scary things. • Strategies to separate personal from biz finances
• Business forecasting tools – cash flow forecasting
• Personal budgeting tools
• Tracking longer term financial planning (‘The Balance Sheet’)
• A 101 list of resources that can help

Embedded within this is the concept of ‘raking the zen garden’ – keeping on top of it and habit forming, and a DIY ethos of ‘learn to spreadsheet’ and build the tools you need. 

The course will be accompanied by a robust info pack, full of free/low budget tools & resources to support your growth.
