Reema is a Bristol based Senior Creative Leader with over 30 years’ experience in TV production on high profile titles for major broadcasters including BBC1, BBC2, BBC4, CBBC and Channel 4. She has worked as a Series Producer and Producer on titles such as Deadly Mission Shark with Steve Backshall, Springwatch, The One Show, Morning Live, Countryfile and The Chelsea Flower Show. With a vast array of experience shaping shooting teams and supervising crews, Reema is deeply knowledgeable about the skillsets required for both editorial and craft roles. She has led many productions through the transition from craft crews to self-shooting set ups and implemented supportive development plans for her team members to acquire high standard technical and editorial skills. Reema has also supported many trainees on her productions through BBC Schemes such as Extend and through partner organisations such as Creative Access.
Nowadays, Reema designs and delivers industry standard training programmes for organisations such as ScreenSkills and government funded Skills Bootcamps for the Creative Industries in areas such as HETV, Digital, Virtual Production, for Post-Production Runners and in Inclusive Leadership. She also delivers private training and consultancy on Branded content, ED&I and workplace culture and is a trained mentor. Her extensive contacts within the TV industry allow her to draw on a fabulous array of guest speakers and networking opportunities for all those who participate in her training programmes.
